My husband and I were owners of a new build and were interested in having our lower level developed. After reaching out to different contractors and obtaining reference checks, we went with Alex of Two Trees Construction based on numerous positive reviews regarding his attention to detail, being on time and task oriented, coordinating well with the different tradespeople, tidying up at day's end, completing the project on time and staying within the set budget.

We first met to review our overall vision and obtain a ball-park price. After an initial floor plan was created and the budget was set, Alex and his team worked diligently in a coordinated and timely manner. Every step in the process was discussed and some tweaks were done in order to make improvements and stay within budget.

The lower level was a seamless transition from the main level in flooring, window trim, counter tops and even paint colour. Every request from a custom entertainment unit to custom cabinets to ample storage. . . was done. Overall, the completed project was exactly as we expected, perfect.
