My husband and I were owners of a new build and were interested in having our lower level developed. We first met to review our overall vision and obtain a ball-park price. After an initial floor plan was created and the budget was set, Alex and his team worked diligently in a coordinated and timely manner. Every step in the process was discussed and some tweaks were done in order to make improvements and stay within budget.

The lower level was a seamless transition from the main level in flooring, window trim, counter tops and even paint colour. Every request from a custom entertainment unit to custom cabinets to ample storage. . . was done. Overall, the completed project was exactly as we expected, perfect.
