Our client approached us to bring their vision to life: transforming the entire second story of their home into a luxurious primary suite. To achieve this, we partnered with Bungalow Interior Design and undertook a full gut renovation, crafting a brand-new layout tailored to their needs.

The redesigned floor plan involved relocating the bathroom and introducing a spacious walk-in closet. The project featured several high-end upgrades, including Laminam tile with in-floor heating throughout the bathroom, custom cabinetry and millwork, and spray foam insulation applied to the building envelope for enhanced energy efficiency.

Our team also incorporated a range of distinctive and elegant details to elevate the design and meet the client's vision. These included smart film over the main window, providing on-demand privacy with a translucent film; stair nosing lighting to illuminate the staircase leading to the second floor; and niche lighting in the bathroom for added ambiance.
