This homeowner was referred to us by a previous client after experiencing significant issues with an unqualified contractor. Their original bathroom renovation had been ongoing for over six months with no end in sight. 

Upon inspecting the existing work, we identified numerous critical issues. The waterproofing membrane in the walk-in tile shower had been installed incorrectly, posing a significant risk of leaks. In its current state, using the shower could have caused the membrane to peel away from the wall, potentially taking the tile with it. 

To address these issues, we completely redid the tile work, including the installation of a properly applied Ditra membrane over the concrete floor. We enhanced the space by adding in-floor heating under the tile to ensure a warm and inviting touch. In the sauna, we incorporated clear cedar benches secured with hidden fasteners for a sleek and clean aesthetic. 

To complete the project, we added a  custom glass door for the sauna and a modern vanity that complemented the overall design. These elements brought the space together, ensuring both functionality and style.
